Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Membuat perencanaan pembelian barang dan jasa permintaan pembelian
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap inventory barang
- Melakukan monitoring dan koordinasi dengan departemen terkait dengan target
- Melakukan review dan koordinasi dengan supplier, vendor dan kontraktor
- Menghitung kebutuhan stok yang harus dibeli, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penjualan
- Melakukan pemantauan atas realisasi pemesanan barang untuk memastikan kuantitas dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman
- Membuat dan mencetak PO (Purchase Order) dan mengirimkannya ke pemasok, agar proses pembelian dapat berjalan dengan baik, sesuai jadwal dan spesifikasi yang diinginkan
Kualifikasi
- Lulusan SMK atau Sarjana dari berbagai jurusan
- Menguasai rumus-rumus Microsoft Excel
- Minimal Pengalaman 1 tahun (Internship maupun Fulltime)
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Tangerang
