Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead and oversee multiple Darwinbox HCM implementation.
- Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants.
- Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure seamless post-sale knowledge transfer.
- Analyze, collect, and validate complex client business requirements and translate them into scalable Darwinbox HCM.
- Design and propose functional solutions aligned with best practices and business objectives.
- Configure system setup, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful go-live.
- Develop comprehensive project documentation including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed according to the timeline and project methodology.
- Provide strategic advisory to clients on HCM optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and support knowledge transfer.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout the project.
Kualifikasi
- Have > 8 years of experience in SaaS HCM Implementation (experience as Team Manager is preferable).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent client projects.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, functional specifications, and change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proficient in English.
Preferred:
- Prior experience managing HCM implementations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving structured execution.
