Focus Area:
Creative planning & ideation for sports campaign for major sports intellectual properties (including EPL, F1, UFC, MotoGP, Liga 1, and Tennis).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Sports & Marketing Passion: Familiar with major sports leagues events and passionate with creative & marketing related stuff.
• Master Storyteller: Capable of writing high-impact headlines that hook sports fans and crafting narratives with creative twists.
• Practical & Agile: Brings positive energy to the team and has problem solving mindset through creative insight. Up to date with social trend and current conversations.
Core Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy: Developing presentation decks for sports campaigns and generating ideas for content production days.
• Copywriting & Scripting: Writing copy, high-hook headlines, and full scripts for video storytelling or creative execution brief.
• Visual Direction: Drafting storylines and simple storyboards, supplemented by basic video editing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in creative, marketing, content, or sports-related roles.
- Strong interest and knowledge in sports, particularly EPL, F1, UFC, MotoGP, Liga 1, and Tennis.
- Good creative thinking, storytelling, copywriting, and ideation skills, with the ability to develop engaging campaign concepts and headlines.
- Familiar with social media trends and sports-related conversations, with basic skills in presentation deck creation, storyboarding, and/or video editing.
- Proactive, agile, and collaborative, with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to turn insights into creative ideas.
