Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise clients
- Set up and configure client accounts in internal systems
- Gather and organize client requirements and business needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Support) to ensure smooth implementation
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Comfortable handling B2B clients and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Familiar with software / platform onboarding processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to join immediately
