Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via the live chat feature.
  • Deliver fast, accurate, and effective solutions to address customer complaints.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding Toco’s products and services.
  • Promote relevant products or services to potential customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer service–oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the digital industry is a plus.
  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
