Job Desc :
- Reply to messages with customers via the live chat feature
- Provide services quickly, precisely and provide the best solutions regarding complaints from customers
- Help provide information about Labamu Apps products
- Offer Labamu apps products
- Resolve customer problems and escalate to the relevant team
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the digital industry is a plus
- At least 6 months experience
