Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Manager to manage communication with our international clients and ensure smooth project coordination between clients and internal teams. This role requires strong English communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage and maintain relationships with international clients through Slack and other communication channels
- Monitor and follow up on project tasks to ensure timely completion and alignment with project timelines
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including video editors, designers, and project managers
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Provide clear updates regarding project progress, revisions, deadlines, and deliverables
- Understand client needs and ensure requests are properly communicated to the production team
- Assist in managing project workflows and improving operational efficiency
- Organize and document client feedback for internal evaluation and continuous improvement
- Support onboarding processes for new clients and ensure they understand communication flows and project procedures
- Build strong relationships with clients to maintain long-term engagement and satisfaction
- Escalate urgent issues or project risks to relevant stakeholders when necessary
- Help maintain positive client experiences and support client retention initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Community Management, Project Coordination, or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, English Literature, Multimedia, Business, or a related major
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at C2 level, TOEFL or IELTS certification is a must
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
- Familiar with collaboration and project management tools, especially Slack
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Understanding of video editing or creative production workflows is a plus
Practical Requirements
- Willing to work onsite at our Jakarta office on the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM WIB
