Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Build relationships with enterprise customers and ensure that we identify and address their needs.
Help enterprise customers have good understanding on our product suite and facilitate in adoption.
Work closely with Business Development and Merchant Operations team to ensure smooth operations and relationship with enterprise customers.
Facilitate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions.
Mediate between clients and internal.
Showing empathy and provide calm responses to our customers to win their confidence
Ability to Create Documentation such as: Knowledge Base, FAQ, SOPs, and Reporting (more preferable).

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s Graduate majoring in: Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Computer science/IT
Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
A self-starter with minimum 1 year of working experience in customer relationships building (fintech experience is preferable)
Has a good eye for detail, able to maintain accuracy
Should be dynamic, agile and analytical
Strong communication skill
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
