Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage communication with Customers online via sosial media platforms and marketpalec
- Respond appropriately to questions and complaints from customers
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company's marketpalce platform
- Ensure adequate product availabillity on the Marketpalce platfor, including coordinating to meet stock needs
- Manage relationships to ensure complliace with quality standards, on time delivery and customer satissfaction
- identify and resolve operational problems that arise,including delivery problems,customer conplaints and techical problems
- Implement and monitor operasional policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and govermment regulation
- Create daily weekly and monthly reports
Kualifikasi
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
- Havie experience managing a marketpalce is preferred
- have excellent communication skills in written and spoken english
- Willing to work on weekend
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta
