  2. Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors (Communication Science / Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)
  3. Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales
  4. Have good communication skills
  5. Have the ability to handle complaints
  6. Cheerful, friendly and polite
