As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. You will handle communication via WhatsApp, email, and social media, while also supporting sales efforts and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role will involve managing customer data, tracking interactions, and assisting in maintaining high retention rates. You will collaborate closely with the team to enhance service delivery and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Sales Support: Assist in converting leads to paying customers and encourage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Membership Education & Support: Provide information to customers about membership benefits and resolve any questions or issues they may have.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by managing customer expectations, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping.
  • Customer Retention: Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and minimize churn rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with the business development team to align customer service efforts with sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Insights: Collect and share customer feedback and sales trends to improve service and sales processes.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years in customer service, with a focus on sales support.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries effectively and with professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API and CRM systems (e.g., Mekari Qontak, Hubspot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats or inquiries simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus.
  • Ability to resolve issues independently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Customer Service Excellence, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
