Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide accurate information about company products and services to Enquirers
- Handle customer complaint in timely manner
- Manage customers inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction from company's defined platforms
- Coordinate with all relevant department in finding and providing solution for any complaint and inquiries from customers
- Create customer satisfaction and complaint report
- Implement FAQ and and template response for customer inquiries
- Ensure CS templates are always updated with company's latest product, services and company’s policies & regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Customer Services
- Excellent command in Indonesian and English, both written and oral
- Well versed in using Microsoft Office (mainly basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Moderate tech capability to utilize digital CRM platform(s)
- Well versed in using social media, including to operate Meta Business Suite to respond to customer inquiries as well as to pull customer
