Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- - Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner across different communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- - Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- - Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments or senior staff when necessary.
- - Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- - Prepare and maintain reports on customer feedback and service trends to help improve the customer experience.
- - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding performance standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
- - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- - Follow up with customers after resolving their issues to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on service quality.
- - Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, billing, etc.) to ensure customers' needs are met and problems are resolved.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to share insights, improve processes, and deliver consistent service.
- - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines or service level agreements (SLAs).
Kualifikasi
- - High school diploma or equivalent is generally required; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- - Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred, typically 1-3 years.
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- - Ability to explain information clearly and confidently to customers, adapting communication style to their needs.
- - Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or in challenging situations.
- - Friendly, approachable, and empathetic demeanor to build strong relationships with customers.
- - Ability to work well with customers, colleagues, and other departments.
- - Accuracy in entering customer data, processing orders, and documenting customer interactions.
- - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines or service level agreements (SLAs).
- - Proficiency in using computers, software applications, and communication tools (e.g., phone systems, email, live chat).
