Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Reply and handle store chat
Handle and resolve customer issues
Check and manage late shipment and canceled orders across all marketplaces
Follow up return & refund cases on all marketplaces

Kualifikasi

Familiar with basic marketplace operations
Willing to work on weekends and clear/zero chat at night
Willing to learn and adapt quickly
Good attitude, responsible, and responsive in replying chat
Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus (not mandatory)
