- Stay updated on company strategies, industry trends, and developments, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Develop and implement performance strategies to ensure resource and budget goals are met effectively.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team that prioritizes excellent customer service and consistently goes the extra mile for customers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address and resolve customer operations process challenges, fully embedding necessary changes.
- Take ownership of contact center operations to maintain seamless functionality.
- Design and implement processes to optimize all customer touchpoints and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Define and drive strategic direction across customer service operations.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service team members, fostering a culture of excellence through encouragement and empowerment.
- Analyze operational performance from a customer service perspective and present actionable insights.
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure service levels and targets are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or higher qualifications related to customer service.
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role.
- 3–5 years of management experience in customer service or a related field.
- Preferably experience in retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve service performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop team members.
- Highly detail-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
