- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
