- Reply to customer chat from the provided platform (marketplace, e.g: Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, etc)
- Follow up on pending orders, Sales (unfinished orders), and shipping (order process)
- Ensuring orders that are input and processed are following customer request
- Coordinate with other related divisions if there's a change request form the customer
- Confirm if there's a returned item or complaint
- Make daily reports (including daily cases)
- Reply to customer reviews from available platforms
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major
- Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers/buyer
- Fast typing and basic computer skills
- Can work with a team
- Able to work in 24 hours-shifting, weekend and national holiday
- Basic English skill is a plus
