  • Reply to customer chat from the provided platform (marketplace, e.g: Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, etc)
  • Follow up on pending orders, Sales (unfinished orders), and shipping (order process)
  • Ensuring orders that are input and processed are following customer request
  • Coordinate with other related divisions if there's a change request form the customer
  • Confirm if there's a returned item or complaint
  • Make daily reports (including daily cases)
  • Reply to customer reviews from available platforms

Kualifikasi

  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate with customers/buyer
  • Fast typing and basic computer skills
  • Can work with a team
  • Able to work in 24 hours-shifting, weekend and national holiday
  • Basic English skill is a plus
