Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Manage and respond to information and inquiries from various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Support and assist customers and drivers by identifying issues and providing effective solutions throughout the service process.
  3. Offer clear consultation and guidance related to GreenSM’s products, services, and programs.
  4. Conduct surveys to gather valuable feedback and measure satisfaction levels — helping us continuously improve product quality, service, and after-sales experiences.
  5. Collaborate with the team to implement sales and service initiatives, including promotions, loyalty programs, and engagement campaigns.
  6. Record feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and propose actionable solutions to enhance overall customer and driver satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
  2. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  3. Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
  4. At least 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service; experience in driver or partner support will be a strong plus.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to handle different personalities with empathy and professionalism.
  6. problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer- and driver-oriented attitude.
  7. Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
