Job Description:
- Reconnect with inactive customers and rebuild relationships to encourage repeat orders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and update customer databases accurately.
- Develop customer engagement strategies.
- Support the sales team in client communication and follow-ups.
- Understand production workflows to align with client needs.
- Deliver excellent service through responsive and professional communication.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Female preferred.
- Willing to work on-site at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant appearance, confident, and energetic.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Quick to learn and adapt in dynamic environments.
- Able to handle pressure and multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
