Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft and execute daily Push Notification and In-App Banner campaigns for Growth and Arcade.
- Create and manage Non-Sport campaigns (VOS, Licensing) across CRM channels (PN, NL, In-App, OSM).
- Collaborate with CRM Officers to execute BAU and Ad-Hoc campaigns.
- Monitor and report user retention from Growth campaigns.
Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Track and analyze top Growth campaigns weekly based on Plays and Subscriptions.
- Prepare performance decks and analyze CRM contribution across channels.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance.
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
- Creative mindset with an interest in campaign development and execution.
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
