Customer Relationship Management Trainee
📍 Ungasan, Badung, Bali | 🕐 Full-Time (on-site) | 💼 Wine Adore Indonesia
Role Description:
Wine Adore is running a 2-year Leadership Program designed for ambitious individuals looking to fast-track their career in Customer Relationship. By the end of the program, you expected to be ready to lead your own team, with a potential salary of up to IDR 30mil per month.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communication via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Support sales campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
- Assist in order coordination and follow-up
- Manage CRM data and customer feedback
- Join team meetings and leadership development sessions
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in English (an English test will be required).
- Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome (We are open to supporting a formal internship agreement (MoU) with your university as part of your academic program requirements).
- Professional, confident, and good communication skills
- Fast learner and able to follow instructions
- Excel skills are a plus
- Open to all majors (Business, English, Economics, Data, Hospitality, etc.)
- Prior experience in Sales, Customer Relationship, or related fields is a plus.
- No wine knowledge needed – we’ll train you!
