Responsibilities
- Analyze CRM campaign data to identify insights and recommend improvements to campaign performance, customer targeting, and communication
- Develop CRM and customer lifecycle plans using customer insights and business goals to drive acquisition, retention, loyalty, and sales.
- Develop customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies across CRM channels to deliver relevant customer experiences.
- Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational & business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns, including promotional, retention, reactivation, loyalty, cross-selling, upselling, and abandoned cart programs across official website and e-commerce channels.
- Manage CRM automation, customer journey flows, campaign targeting, communication schedules, and campaign assets to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
- Monitor and evaluate CRM campaign performance, customer engagement metrics, database quality, and campaign delivery to ensure campaign effectiveness and achieve business targets
- Manage and maintain e-commerce contact center operations in accordance with established service standards and targets
- Ensure budget used for influencer, community, marketing activities needs, and developing CRM system is in accordance with plan.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Digital Marketing, Management, or other relevant fields
- 2 - 3 years experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce CRM, or Customer Engagement
- Experienced in beauty, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industries.
- Proficient in CRM System, Data Analysis, Customer Lifecycle Management
