Job Overview:

We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our growing team! You will play a leadership role and responsibility to develop and execute CRM strategy to maximize customer value and longevity.

Job description

  • Manage the overall customer experience and build strong relationships with customers to improve retention and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, value, and longevity
  • Define customer base segment management/CRM, channel mix optimization, and volume targets
  • Develop customer segmentation based on analytical model
  • Establish the capability tool set required to deliver base management strategy today and tomorrow.
  • Input into proposition development carried out by product / design owners and advise of base management implications on specific initiatives.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute customer retention and acquisition strategies
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement customer loyalty programs
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain accurate customer records
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including email, social media, ecommerce platforms, and smartphone instant messaging

Kualifikasi

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university, with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Customer relationship management, customer lifecycle management, customer value management, and marketing
  • Having deep understanding of CRM practices particularly in making commercial logic, plan, P&L, and campaign platform capability building
  • Willing to work onsite in Bandung headquarter either full-time or hybrid
  • Customer-obsessed and has the experience to define customer segmentation based on sound analytical approach
  • Having customer research background is a preferable
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to evaluate campaign efficiency
  • Sound leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong logical approach and commercial sense
  • Highly analytical to make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledgeable of customer relationship management platform, software and tools
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations
