Responsibilities:

  • Promote a “customer first” environment at all times.
  • Surveying customers to know more about their needs & requirements and delivering solutions.
  • Measure activation rates of customers during onboarding.
  • Creating and re-thinking the onboarding flow based on customer activation rates.
  • Continuously educate, empower customers till they reach the aha moment.
  • Understand the goals & objectives of new customers and translate those needs appropriately through the implementation and onboarding process.
  • Prepare training materials and train clients in software platform basics and provide progressive guidance throughout the implementation and campaign launch process.
  • Manage the provisioning process, including the creation of groups/user and any others area that requires modifications.
  • Track and hit key implementation milestones.
  • Plugging gaps with communication via phone or zoom call.

Kualifikasi

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Implementation, and more at SaaS company or any digital products.
  • Familiar with Omnichannel and E-Commerce is preferable.
  • Have experience as product trainer.
  • Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
  • Critical thinking and proven complex problem solving skills required.
  • Good at facilitating meetings and virtual workshops.
  • Simple and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience is a must.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Attention to detail.
  • Willing to do Offline visit on Jabodetabek if needed
  • Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Mandarin is a plus
