- Mengakui dan menyelesaikan keluhan pelanggan
- Menyimpan catatan interaksi pelanggan, transaksi, komentar, dan keluhan
- Memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan memberikan dukungan pelanggan yang profesional
Kualifikasi
- Diploma atau Bachelor Degree dengan jurusan apapun
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Perwakilan Layanan Klien
- Orientasi pelanggan dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi / menanggapi berbagai jenis karakter
- Keterampilan komunikasi dan presentasi yang sangat baik
