Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Membantu tim Customer Experience dalam menjawab pertanyaan dan keluhan customer secara tepat waktu
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis Customer Feedback
- Membantu membuat FAQ
- Menyelesaikan tugas yang bersifat administratif seperti data entry, dokumentasi, dan reporting
Kualifikasi
- Memiliki skill interpersonal yang baik dan kemampuan membangun hubungan positif dengan customer dan tim
- Memiliki rasa empati, sabar, dan customer-centric sehingga mampu memahami dan menyelesaikan masalah customer
- Memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah, berpikir kritis, analitis, dan solutif
- Bersedia untuk bekerja pada jadwal yang fleksibel
