About this Role:
Drive exceptional customer experiences across offline channels, including stores and events, while managing customer feedback and ensuring seamless interactions. This role focuses on executing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer experiences across offline channels, including in-store and live event interactions.
- Manage customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions that maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives that drive retention and repeat purchases.
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and consistent customer journey.
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric partnership proposals with premium brands.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ year in customer service, store experience, or customer experience roles, preferably in the beauty or luxury retail industry.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Excel,Spreadsheet, Docs, Slides).
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer feedback systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and implement actionable solutions.
- Experience in live event operations and customer interactions in dynamic environments.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and draw insights to inform initiatives and improvements.
