Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints across various channels (e.g., Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email).
- Create and maintain an FAQ database for internal and external use.
- Keep track of daily work & reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric, with a strong ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexible and willing to work on a shift or non-standard schedule.
- Experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
