Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menangani komplain/pengaduan dari Customer baik melalui Chat/Call.
- Membuat report harian Customer Care.
- Melakukan koordinasi antar divisi untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah transaksi.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan : SMA/SMK atau S1.
- Pernah bekerja sebagai Customer Care Live Chat.
- Menguasai teknik Call Center.
- Mahir dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak layanan pelanggan dan sistem CRM.
- Komitmen yang kuat untuk dalam delivering exceptional customer service dan pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan customer.
- Pengetahuan komprehensif tentang produk dan layanan kami.
- Mampu menggunakan Google Workspace dan Microsoft Office.
- Bersedia bekerja secara WFO di Sleman, Yogyakarta.
