Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menangani komplain/pengaduan dari Customer baik melalui Chat/Call. 
  • Membuat report harian Customer Care.
  • Melakukan koordinasi antar divisi untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah transaksi.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan : SMA/SMK atau S1.
  • Pernah bekerja sebagai Customer Care Live Chat.
  • Menguasai teknik Call Center.
  • Mahir dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak layanan pelanggan dan sistem CRM.
  • Komitmen yang kuat untuk dalam delivering exceptional customer service dan pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan customer.
  • Pengetahuan komprehensif tentang produk dan layanan kami.
  • Mampu menggunakan Google Workspace dan Microsoft Office.
  • Bersedia bekerja secara WFO di Sleman, Yogyakarta.
