Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Respond to inquiries regarding claims via phone, email, and chat from Provider (RS/Klinik/Lab and etc)
  • Explain claim processes and policy coverage clearly and concisely.
  • Gather necessary information and documentation from customers to initiate claims.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim status.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient claim processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Kualifikasi

  • Graduated from faculty of nursing, Pharmaceutical, Medicine
  • 2+ years of experience in claim handling or customer service in TPA/ASO, Health insurance and relevant industry
  • Paramedic (nurse, Pharmacy, and etc)
  • Strong understanding of claim processes and policy coverage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Proficient in using claim management systems and other relevant software
