Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Responding promptly to our customers (students & parents) inquiries via chat & call.
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns with empathy.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions through Leadsquare.
  • Collect information & insights to students or parents through call.
  • Onboarding students and ensure their experience are smooth until the first class.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintaining a positive, professional behavior at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Care or Customer Services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills especially with teenagers & parents
  • Proactive & have the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5 Days & 8 working hours with regular rotation on weekend duty
  • Hybrid working arrangements, with most of the day in the Jakarta office
  • Reside or willing to relocate to Jakarta
