Job Description:
- Responding to and handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Email, and Direct Messages through social media
- Persuading and converting leads into paying customers
- Offering upsells and cross-sells to increase membership conversions
- Assisting customers in understanding the benefits of membership and quickly resolving their issues
- Following up with customers who have not completed their payment to improve the closing rate
- Following up with customers via phone to build relationships, provide clear information, and persuade them to complete the transaction (closing sales)
- Managing customer data and purchases in the CRM system with accurate record-keeping
- Ensuring a positive customer experience to minimize churn rate
- Collaborating with the business development team to increase the conversion rate
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Sales, or Account Management, especially in target-based roles
- Strong communication and persuasive skills (able to convince customers in a friendly & engaging manner)
- Experience using WhatsApp Business API, CRM (such as Mekari Qontak, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar platforms)
- Knowledge of sales closing strategies, upselling, and handling objections
- Ability to multitask and respond to multiple chats quickly
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
- Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus
- Understanding of customer retention strategies and referral marketing
