Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide consultation and facilitate online product purchases.
- Follow up with customers through WhatsApp chat and phone calls.
- Develop and implement sales strategies on various Marketplace platforms to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and maintain store accounts.
- Respond to comments, reviews, and customer chats.
- Create daily Sales Reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in E-Commerce Administration, Customer Service, Online Marketing, or similar positions.
- Proficient in the field of Online Sales.
- Fast computer typing skills.
- Initiative and proactive.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Willing to work in a SHIFT system.
- Willing to work in the Green Lake City area, Tangerang.
