Get to know the role
As a Learning Consultant at CURIOOKids Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in connecting young learners with the skills they need for the future. You will understand the unique needs of parents and educators, showcase our diverse curriculum, and build lasting relationships to drive student enrollment and retention.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by generating and closing leads for new students and upselling existing students to new programs.
- Collaborate with your superior to implement innovative communication, recruitment, and enrollment strategies.
- Actively participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
- Provide comprehensive sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations to prospective students and their families.
- Act as the primary advocate for students, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is communicated to the product management team.
- Prepare regular forecasts and progress reports to track sales performance.
- Committed to a full Work From Office setup and willing to work in shifts across Bintaro/Cikarang/West Jakarta.
Kualifikasi
Required Characteristics:
- Money-driven and passionate about selling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A team player with a growth mindset and a 'Can do' attitude.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English.
Applicant Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in education or related fields.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong client relationships.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Females preferred.
