Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute employee engagement and culture programs to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
- Drive the internalization of SATRIA values through campaigns, activities, and communication initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze insights to identify employee needs and recommend engagement improvements.
- Develop internal communication content and culture activation tools for diverse employee segments across entities.
- Manage wellness and reward programs, including physical, mental, financial wellness, scholarship, and Umrah programs for employees and couriers.
- Execute employee branding initiatives through social media and other communication channels, supported by regular reporting and program evaluation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Culture, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative survey data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders and organizational levels.
- Ability to develop presentation materials and effective communication content for diverse audiences.
- Familiar with survey tools such as Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, or similar platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple entities and business units.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
