Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Exploring user habits and product needs, deeply understanding product functions and features, providing solution for product's problem, and following up on product training
- Build and improve the division's training, training system and related processes
- Lead a team of trainers to train CS staff mentality, skills, and knowledge
- Survey training needs based on company strategy and formulate annual training plan
- Pay attention to industry trends, understand the training system of other products in the same industry, write training reports, provide feedback and evaluate training results
- Able to communicate and understand guideline documents in English and Mandarin
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mandarin-related major is preferred
- No limit to year of work experience, but preferably those who have experience studying in China and/or have work experience as a Trainer or in Operation
- Have a flexible mindset, good communication and delivery skills, excellent on-site processing and response skills, and on-site management capabilities
- Have an interest in financial technology, e-commerce, and Southeast Asian markets
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
