Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management systems, developing data-driven insights, and implementing strategies to enhance our customer engagement and retention.
What will you do:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to maximize customer retention and increase GTV.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Segment customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns and personalized messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure CRM strategies align with business goals.
- Implement automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys using CRM tools (e.g., Moengage, CleverTap, etc)
- Conduct regular analysis of CRM data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain event trackers with Product team to ensure accurate targeting.
Kualifikasi
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management, a background in finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in investing in either crypto assets or stocks.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and tools, such as MoEngage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
