Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Continuous research an attractive and unique consumer promotion concept to increase consumers spending in Pacific Place and to give added value for PP shoppers
- Prepare the mechanism of each consumer promotion and terms and conditions based on company’s regulation and government’s policy
- Responsible to develop program and concept of loyalty system (adding features, reports, and other necessary technical concept that useful for the program) and create the flow of the development
- Facilitating communication and coordinating consumer promo and marketing events program
- Actively approach and persuade tenants to participate in Pacific Place consumer promotion program and Marketing events
- Keeping good relationship with Tenants decision maker eg. Owners, marketing team or person in charge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Management/Marketing
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in Sales or any Marketing position
- Good knowledge of loyalty system and marketing program
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Able to build positive working relationship with clients or tenants
- Positive and friendly personality
- Able to perform loyalty system and eager to learn
- Preferably from similar industries (Shopping mall/Retail)
