Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage inbound inquiries from WhatsApp and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Handle outbound sales and outreach to onboard potential influencers/talents
- Manage and maintain partnerships with ongoing brands and agencies
- Act as the main point of contact between the talent and the agency, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and communication
- Conduct regular check-ins with talent to manage expectations, priorities, and ongoing needs
- Filter incoming collaboration requests and internal communications to prevent operational overload for the talent
- Provide strategic direction on brand partnerships, career positioning, and long-term personal branding
- Advise talent on which opportunities to accept or decline based on alignment with their image and goals
- Handle sensitive or challenging conversations with clients, partners, or production teams professionally
- Translate client briefs into creative concepts that align with the talent’s voice, audience, and content style
- Oversee campaign execution from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and external stakeholders
- Anticipate potential risks, PR concerns, or reputation-related issues and manage them proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management or influencer marketing
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage different personalities
- Strategic mindset in managing personal branding and partnerships
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed
- Able to handle pressure and sensitive situations professionally
