Scout, recruit, and onboard new creators across platforms.
Build relationships with creators.
Negotiate terms and onboard under MCN agreements.
Track creator market trends for recruitment strategy.

Kualifikasi

2–5 years in influencer management, talent acquisition, or creator partnerships.
Passion for digital culture and creator economy.
Negotiation and relationship management skills.
Prior MCN/affiliate recruitment experience is highly valued.
