- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather insights to support strategic planning.
- Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas and compelling client proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated marketing solutions that drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related discipline).
- Previous internship or organizational/campus activity experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Strong understanding of business and brand needs, with the ability to proactively recommend ideas that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.Professional, presentable, and eager to learn.
