- Conduct comprehensive pre-project and post-project insight, research, including market, cultural, and trend analysis.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources (social media, performance reports, cultural trends, industry insights).
- Provide actionable insights and creative POVs to inspire campaign strategies and content directions.
- Monitor ongoing conversations around specific brands, projects, or cultural moments (e.g., how people talk about some brand or projects in Jakarta).
- Perform 360° social media research to identify audience behavior, trending topics, and opportunities for creative execution.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure insights are translated into impactful ideas.
- Stay updated with the latest digital, social, and cultural trends to maintain fresh and relevant perspectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or any major related fields.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in creative research, insights, or strategy-related roles (preferably in creative agencies or digital marketing).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights and creative opportunities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms, digital culture, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights in an engaging and inspiring way.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
- Curious, culturally aware, and passionate about discovering "what’s next."
