Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct QC of purchased items as directed by the Creative Art team.
- Process cash advances or reimbursements.
- Execute procurement purchases and manage expense report administration.
- Perform weekly stock audits with the production team.
- Monitor, distribute, and record goods.
- Maintain the storage area’s cleanliness and organisation.
- Assist in preparing broadcast reports (Laporan Bukti Tayang).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent; business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, and media production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of quality control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Eager to learn, grow, and try new things.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
