Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct QC of purchased items as directed by the Creative Art team.
Process cash advances or reimbursements.
Execute procurement purchases and manage expense report administration.
Perform weekly stock audits with the production team.
Monitor, distribute, and record goods.
Maintain the storage area’s cleanliness and organisation.
Assist in preparing broadcast reports (Laporan Bukti Tayang).

Kualifikasi

Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent; business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in logistics, supply chain, and media production.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of quality control.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable.
Eager to learn, grow, and try new things.
Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
