Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1) Develop creative plans for digital campaigns that align with the client's marketing and business goals (e.g., sales, awareness, lead generation, etc.).

  • Identify marketing needs based on analysis of client briefs and market insights.
  • Develop content strategies multi-channel marketing, including brand activities and digital media platforms (social media, website, email marketing, etc.).

2) Creative Concept Development:

  • Create innovative concepts and creative ideas for marketing campaigns that focus on desired results.
  • Work closely with design, copywriting and media teams to ensure concept alignment with visual and messaging execution.

3) Team Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, and product development teams) to ensure strategy alignment with client needs and desires.
  • Direct and lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas that are relevant and impactful.

4) Campaign Results Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Evaluate campaign results based on KPIs that have been determined with the client.
  • Provide reports to clients on campaign performance as well as recommendations for improvements or further strategy development.

5) Innovation and Trends:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends in the world of digital marketing, as well as how these can be applied to client strategies.
  • Look for new opportunities in the use of technology or digital platforms to increase campaign effectiveness.

6) Client Handling:

  • Become a liaison between the internal team and clients in the campaign planning aspects.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication to understand the client's vision and expectations.

Kualifikasi

1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Economic, Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.

2. Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of creative planning in digital marketing, especially in an agency or company that focuses on digital marketing or Brand Activation.
  • Experience in handling creative campaigns for clients with various industry sectors (e.g. e-commerce, consumer products, services, etc.) will be an added advantage.

3. Abilities and Expertise:

  • High creativity, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to develop innovative ideas.
  • Good analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and compile clear reports.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and so on.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Understand how data analytics and tools such as Google Analytics work, and can interpret data to suggest strategy changes.

4. Soft Skills:

  • Managerial skills to handle multiple campaign projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, thorough, and has sharpness in understanding client needs.

5. Multitasking & Time Management Ability:

  • Able to handle several projects and clients at once without reducing the quality of work.

6. Language:

  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written, for communication with international clients or in the context of global campaigns.
