- Lead and inspire the creative team in developing engaging, original ideas for campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, video, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and translate that into unique creative concepts.
- Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept through production, ensuring all work is aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the strategy, content, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of creative ideas into broader campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and push the creative boundaries to deliver standout work.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and creative team members to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of creative experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience developing successful creative campaigns in agencies, especially for well-known brands.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and mentor a creative team.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, branding, and storytelling.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and clients.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to pitch creative ideas to clients.
