- Develop visual marketing materials, websites, and other media.
- Brainstorm and implement a design system to streamline workflow.
- Complete multiple projects promptly while maintaining the company's brand and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a high level of creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Graphic Design, or Art.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a creative agency environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Sketch app and its symbol best practices.
- Knowledge of implementing design systems as guidelines for creative work.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX.
- Expert knowledge of designing for digital platforms is required.
- Proven ability to visualize marketing objectives through art.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent skills in motion graphics and videography are a plus.
