- Identify potential large-scale clients through detailed research.
- Manage databases & streamline sales processes for prospective clients.
- Support the CEO in managing client relationships.
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects within the B2B Sales domain.
- Monitor and drive strategic priorities & key metrics.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to pilot & implement new initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Min. 2 years of experience, preferably in B2B Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational & project management skills.
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback.
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent in written & verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data visualization tools is advantageous.
