Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviewing various legal documents (e.g., agreements, police summons, letters from various government officials, demand letters from third parties, etc).
- Liaising with various departments such as Legal, Finance, HR, Corporate Communications and ESG to ensuring any issues and/ or matters from those departments that may affect the compliance of the capital market regulators will be done in timely, accurate and sufficient for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the internal governance organs has the sufficient approval, meetings and updates in accordance with relevant regulations
- Ensure the compliance of the content and submission with enough transparency to regulatory stakeholders
- Ensure all the internal governance organs (BOC, BOD, AC, NRC) hold the minimum number of meetings in accordance to the regulations and the minutes of meetings are properly drafted and updated
- Maintain relationship with all capital market regulators, ensuring timeliness and sufficiency of responding to capital market regulators' queries
- Ensure that regulatory disclosures and GMS are in compliance with the relevant regulations
- Attend sufficient socializations and trainings that will support the Corporate Secretarial works, including but not limited to trainings and socializations from IDX and OJK
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- min. 4 – 6 years of working experience
- Bachelor Degree in Law Major or any related field
- Must have experience working at a top tier law firm in capital market department.
- Technical knowledge in Legal drafting, legal research, Disclosure Review, etc
