  • Create and set up the pipeline target
  • Monitoring budget and cost production
  • Make sure the target achievement; doing sales, presentation, proposal/quotation, negotiation, and maintaining up and cross-selling
  • Reporting

Kualifikasi

  • Has experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Broker Relations / Bancansurrance business.
  • Preferably from Insurance, Pharmacy, Travel, and Hospitality Industry;
  • Having a minimum 2 years experience in related field;
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good sales achievement records
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
