Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute effective corporate sales strategies with a primary focus on the Horeca/Hospitality market.
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients especially hospitality segments.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and effectively present our Medical Check Up product to provide value.
- Craft compelling sales proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and lead negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum [e.g., 5+] years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of success in new client acquisition specifically within the Horeca or Hospitality industry.
- Strong network and existing relationships within the Horeca/Hospitality sector are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strategic mindset.
