Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Develop and execute effective corporate sales strategies with a primary focus on the Horeca/Hospitality market.
  2. Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients especially hospitality segments.
  3. Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  4. Understand client needs and effectively present our Medical Check Up product to provide value.
  5. Craft compelling sales proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and lead negotiations to close deals.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum [e.g., 5+] years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of success in new client acquisition specifically within the Horeca or Hospitality industry.
  2. Strong network and existing relationships within the Horeca/Hospitality sector are highly advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive with a strategic mindset.
