  • Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
  • Develop and/or support the implementation of QC program across PT. Kobe Boga Utama factories such as customer and consumer complaint system; market product quality monitoring and competitive benchmarking; Laboratory proficiency program; Good laboratory Pr
  • Develop QC-related training material to maintain appropriate knowledge across PT. Kobe Boga Utama factories.
  • Support implementing the Food Safety and Feed Safety system and their pre-requisite program across all PT. Kobe Boga Utama food / food ingredient factories.
  • Support inspection/audit of HACCP and Pre-requisite Program in factories and suppliers as assigned.
  • Conduct, control, and evaluate operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly) to achieve targets.
  • Improving factory performance continuously for system improvement and creating teamwork to achieve the target setting and quality goals.
  • Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimal 5 years’ experience in Quality Management or R&D, preferably in Food Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di perusahaan FMCG dan manufacture (diutamakan manufacture pangan)
  • Experience in Corporate Quality programs such as quality incident reporting and consumer/customer complaint reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Our first product was Tepung Bumbu or coating mix, a first of its kind on the market at the time.
